What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will not do with it.
What we collect
When you use a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the business. When you become a client we collect the identity and ownership information required to file with a government registry and, where applicable, to satisfy anti money laundering obligations.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare and file documents on your instruction, to perform the accounting and tax services you engage us for, and to meet our own legal and record keeping obligations. We do not collect information we have no use for.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with banks, lenders or any other commercial party in exchange for a commission or a referral fee. We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Who we share it with
Government registries and tax authorities, where filing on your instruction requires it. Service providers we use to run the practice, such as email, document storage and accounting software, under contracts that restrict their use of it. Anyone else only where the law requires it or where you have asked us to.
How long we keep it
For as long as we act for you, and afterwards for the period our professional and legal record keeping obligations require. Enquiry information from people who do not become clients is deleted once it is no longer needed to answer the enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights and we will honour those.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third party tracking pixels. If we add analytics we will say so here first and it will be a privacy respecting implementation.
